At BPI Sports, LLC (“BPI Sports”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a BPI Sports supplements product (the “Product(s)”) you purchased from our website (www.bpisports.com) or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement Product. Items purchased from our website can be exchanged directly with BPI Sports. Items purchased from an authorized retailer should be exchanged/returned to that specific retailer or on-line entity along with the relevant receipt / proof of purchase, per the terms and conditions of that specific reseller.

HOW TO CLAIM THE GUARANTEE

To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us at info@bpisports.net or call us at 1-866-962-2151 and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your Product.  You must submit your Guarantee request within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. In some instances, BPI Sports may request that you send the unused portion of the Product back to us. If such request is made, BPI Sports will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.  

GUARANTEE GUIDELINES

BPI Sports reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the purchaser has abused the BPI Sports 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
